Daredevil Timeline: What Order To Watch
Ever since the latest installment of Daredevil was released, fans have been confused about where it sits in the official Marvel Cinematic Universe timeline. If you’re one of them, we’ve got you covered. Here’s a breakdown of the Daredevil timeline and the order in which events unfold in the MCU.

Daredevil- Season 1 (2015)
In the first season, viewers are introduced to Matt Murdock, a visually-impaired lawyer who works as a vigilante by night. The season also unveils crime lord Wilson Fisk, also known as Kingpin, and his growing power.
Daredevil- Season 2 (2016)
The second season unfolds with a clash between Daredevil and The Punisher, another vigilante who operates much differently than Murdock. The Daredevil reunites with ninjas to face The Hand.
The Punisher- Season 1 (2017)
The Punisher season 1 picks up right after the events of Daredevil’s second season. In this show, viewers learn The Punisher’s backstory and how he became a vigilante after avenging his family.
Daredevil- Season 3 (2018)
In the third season, Daredevil emerges after a long absence but continues to be conflicted by his two identities as a lawyer and vigilante. Matt faces Fisk in a final battle and manages to convince him to return to prison, bringing an end to his reign of terror.
The Punisher- Season 2 (2019)
In the second season of The Punisher, viewers find Frank Castle trying to lead a normal life until he is sucked back into the world of violence. Meanwhile, Billy Russo escapes his confinement and comes face-to-face with The Punisher in an ultimate battle.
Spider-Man: No Way Home- Movie (2021)
In this Spider-Man movie, Charlie Cox, who plays Daredevil in the Netflix series, represents Peter Parker as his lawyer.
Hawkeye- Miniseries (2021)
The Hawkeye miniseries is connected to Daredevil through mutual characters like Kingpin and the Swordsman, as well as an overlapping storyline.
Echo- Miniseries (2024)
The main character in Echo, Maya Lopez, shares a history with Daredevil, specifically involving the Kingpin. She was trained by the Kingpin and believes that Daredevil killed her father.
She-Hulk: Attorney at Law- Season 1 (2022)
Charlie Cox makes a cameo appearance as Daredevil in She-Hulk.
Daredevil: Born Again (2025)
After several cameo appearances, fans convinced Disney+ to make Charlie Cox the star of his own show with Daredevil: Born Again.
This show features Fisk as the newly elected mayor of New York City, who wants to eliminate all vigilantes. Meanwhile, Daredevil retires from his dual life after a tragedy in his life. But the retirement is short-lived as he returns to the mask to fight enemies.

Step 1Get Started
- Download EdrawMax

- Log in to EdrawMax using your social media account. Or, create a new account
- Click New > Blank Drawing.
Step 2Add a Background Image
- Locate Insert on the top toolbar and click to reveal options.
- Select Picture and then click Local pictures. Now you can upload any image you like as the background.
Step 3Draw the Timeline using Connectors
- Select Home from the top toolbar and navigate to Connector.
- Choose the first option, labelled Connectors, and draw a straight horizontal line across the image.
- Add smaller vertical lines along its length to highlight major events in the Daredevil universe.
Step 4Insert Titles and Details
- Locate Text on the left editing panel and click to expand the editing menu.
- Select Click to Add Title and insert the first event in the text box.
- Add important details below the season title by selecting Click to Add Body Text from the left display.
Step 5Add Images and Symbols
- Add an image and relevant symbol following the same process mentioned in step 1: Insert > Pictures > Local pictures.
- Select the inserted image to see more ways to edit it.
- Click Crop to shape and select the outline shape you prefer.
Step 6Download the Timeline
- Add all the important events and details to the timeline.
- When it's complete, click Export on the top toolbar and select Graphics.
- You can now save the image on your system in the preferred format (JPG, PNG, TIFF, BMP).
- You can also choose other exporting options like PDF, PPT, Word, Excel, etc. for easy sharing.
